We can work with your property manager, cleaning staff, smart lock system, or a secure lockbox. We’ll coordinate everything in advance to make sure the process is smooth and secure.
3Can you fix things quickly between guest stays?
Absolutely. We’re experienced in working with tight timelines. Just let us know your next check-in date and we’ll get the job done before then, whenever possible.
4Do you also do renovations or just repairs?
We do both! Whether you need a bathroom upgrade, a new backsplash, flooring, or just a few fixes, we offer complete renovation services tailored to hospitality properties.
5How do you charge for your services?
We offer competitive rates based on the job. For small fixes, we often charge by the hour. For renovations or planned upgrades, we provide detailed quotes in advance.
